Mr Vasilikostas trained at St Pierre Hospital, Brussels, and completed a Fellowship in Advance Laparoscopic Surgery at the European School of Laparoscopic Surgery, Brussels.
He has an academic background with peer-reviewed publications and gives many national and international lectures and presentations on weight loss surgery. Mr Vasilikostas also has experience in both clinical and lab-based research, leading to the award of PhD in 2008 from the University of Athens’ School of Medicine.
