Fees, Training & Background:
Dr Greaves qualified in medicine from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School. His postgraduate training was in the London teaching hospitals. He obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from the Medical School of St Bartholomew’s Hospital. He is the author of several scientific publications and has written chapters for gastroenterology text books.
He was appointed as Consultant Gastroenterologist at Whipps Cross University Hospital (Barts Healthcare) in 2000. In 2016, Dr Greaves accepted the post of Consultant Gastroenterologist at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is also an Honorary Consultant at St George’s Hospital, where he performs complex endoscopy (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography and endoscopic stenting of the gut).
Dr Greaves is an accredited expert Colonoscopist, as part of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Programme. He is the Clinical Lead for Endoscopy at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
He was previously nominated for “Doctor of the Year” by the Redbridge Cultural Association.
