Health Screening
A health screen can identify ways in which you can improve your health and give you advance warning of any health problems you may have or may be likely to develop. If any onward tests or further care are needed, you can be quickly referred to our Specialist Consultants.
All our health screens include a consultation with one of our Private GPs (male and female GPs available), who are supported by specialist nurses. Any scans required as part of your health screen will be carried out by a radiographer and a Consultant Radiologist will report back on the results.
You will receive a report from your health screen within approximately 14 working days, which will include full results and any advice and preventative recommendations to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
There are no waiting lists for health screens and you don’t need a referral from your GP.
The All Man / All Woman health screens take approximately 2 hours, featuring an in-depth consultation and the following: full body medical examination, comprehensive series of blood, tests including full blood count, cholesterol, diabetes and vitamin D, basic vision, hearing and lung function tests, ECG reported by a cardiologist, chest x-ray (if requested by your GP), stool test to check for signs of colon cancer.
The Mini His & Hers Health Screen includes the following: a review of your medical history
with one of our Private GPs, cardiovascular risk assessment, BMI check (height and weight
measurement), blood pressure check, a series of blood tests, including: full blood count, cholesterol, iron, plus a PSA test for men (50+) and cervical smear test for ladies.
Fast, discreet and accurate testing and consultations when you have concerns. Both male and female GPs are available. Our Sexual Health Screen includes:, pre-testing consultation with one of our Private GPs, specific tests for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhoea, specialist onward referral if required.
